This legal notice governs the use of the online store store.aplicad.com (hereinafter "the Web"), owned by APLICACIONES DE CAD CAM Y GIS, S.L.U. The purpose of the Web is the sale of software licences and add-ons for CAD, GIS and BIM applications. Purchases are governed by the Terms of purchase.

2. Conditions of use

Access to and use of the Web confers the status of user. From the moment of access, the user fully accepts these general conditions without reservation. The content of the Web (text, images, audio, video, design and software) is owned by ApliCAD or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

3. Intellectual and industrial property

All contents of the Web, including, without limitation, graphic design, source code, logos, text, graphics, illustrations, photographs and other items that appear on the website, unless otherwise indicated, are the exclusive property of ApliCAD.

The trademarks, trade names and logos of the products offered (Autodesk, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, ZWCAD, BricsCAD, Spatial Manager, CADprofi, DWGExplorer, Protopo and others) belong to their respective owners and are used solely to identify the products sold by ApliCAD.

Under no circumstances shall the user's access to and browsing of the Web be understood as a waiver, transfer, licence or total or partial assignment of such rights by ApliCAD.

4. Data protection

ApliCAD complies with the guidelines of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of the European Union and other current legislation on the protection of personal data, ensuring the correct use and processing of the user's personal data. More information is available in the Privacy Policy.

5. Changes and updates

ApliCAD reserves the right to make, without prior notice, any changes it deems appropriate to the Web, and may change, delete or add both the contents and services provided through it and the way in which they are presented or located.

6. Applicable law and jurisdiction

The relationship between ApliCAD and the user shall be governed by the Spanish legislation in force, and any dispute shall be submitted to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Castellón, unless the applicable law provides otherwise.
