Products. All products in this store are software licenses (digital products). Nothing is shipped physically.

Prices. Prices are shown in euros excluding VAT. Applicable VAT is calculated at checkout based on the billing country and the VAT number provided.

Payment. Payment is made by card through Stripe. The order is confirmed once Stripe notifies a successful charge.

Delivery. After payment confirmation you will receive an email with the order summary. The license and download/installation instructions are sent by email within 2 business days.

Right of withdrawal. In accordance with EU consumer law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content once its execution has begun (delivery of the license key) with the consumer's prior consent. If you have not yet received the license, you may request cancellation by writing to aplicad@aplicad.com.

Governing law. These conditions are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Castellón, unless consumer protection rules establish a different jurisdiction.
