Privacy policy

In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on the Protection of Personal Data and Digital Rights (LOPDGDD), personal data means "any information concerning identified or identifiable natural persons".

Data controller

The only personal data to which APLICACIONES DE CAD CAM Y GIS, S.L.U., hereinafter "ApliCAD", will have access will be those that the user voluntarily provides through the online store store.aplicad.com, hereinafter "the Web", and in the forms hosted therein (contact form and the billing details of the purchase process).

The data you provide will be processed by ApliCAD as data controller, with registered office at Calle Maria Teresa González Justo, 26 – Entlo., 12005 Castellón de la Plana (Spain), tax ID B12441861 and email aplicad@aplicad.com.

In compliance with current regulations, ApliCAD has adopted the necessary technical and organisational measures to maintain the level of security required for the personal data processed. It is also equipped with the mechanisms at its disposal to prevent, as far as possible, unauthorised access.

Data we process and purposes

The personal data you provide will be used in order to provide the service offered through the Web, as well as to send information related to the activity of ApliCAD.

When you place an order we collect your name, email address, phone number, billing address and tax ID in order to manage the order, issue the invoice, deliver the licence and provide support. Payment is processed entirely by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd.: ApliCAD does not store card details.

In order to provide the service, data may be disclosed to Stripe (payment and invoicing), Resend (transactional email), Vercel (hosting of the Web) and to the software vendors when required to activate the licence. Billing data is kept for the periods required by tax and commercial law.

Your rights

You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and data portability, as well as the right to withdraw your consent, which you may exercise by sending an email to aplicad@aplicad.com. The request must include your name, surname, address, the right you wish to exercise and the content of your request. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

The user undertakes to keep the data provided to ApliCAD duly updated. The holder shall be liable for any damages that ApliCAD or third parties may suffer as a result of the lack of truthfulness, inaccuracy, lack of validity or authenticity of the data provided.
